Christian Lynn has been appointed editor of Electronics, replacing Michelle Winny, who had been at the helm of the UK-based trade magazine for over 10 years.
Before joining Datateam Business Media, Christian gained editorial experience with a few London-based magazines, following his graduation from Queen Mary University of London with a first-class honours degree in English and Film Studies in 2018.
Excited about the task ahead, and ready to embrace the challenges of managing a long-established B2B publication, Christian told Publitek: ‘I’m hoping to take Electronics magazine in a slightly more creative direction in the future, with features that will explore exciting developments within the hottest industry sectors such as AI and IoT.’
In addition to the new hire at Electronics, Carly Wills joined Datateam in March 2019 as editor of Electrical Engineering and Energy Management magazines. She has over 15 years of editorial experience, and has worked in many B2B sectors including railways, airports and commercial fishing.
