The 2nd annual Electronic Design Innovation Conference takes place in Beijing between 8-10th April, 2014 and the deadline for papers or abstracts is September 30th. 
Papers presented at the conference may also be published in Microwave Journal or Microwave Journal China. Topics can be related to any aspect of RF, microwave, EMI/EMC and high speed digital design. More information is available here.
