Findlay Media, publisher of New Electronics and other technical/manufacturing titles, has been acquired by the Mark Allen Group (MAG) in a move expected to be completed early in April 2014. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Mark Allen, MAG’s chairman and founder, said: “Like MAG, Findlay Media has exceptionally strong publishing teams. It also has an excellent portfolio of magazine brands in UK manufacturing and engineering – a sector currently enjoying a significant renaissance – and these perfectly complement MAG’s portfolio in healthcare, education, business and leisure.”
Findlay Media and New Electronics will continue to be based at the Dartford (UK) office and no change to the operations are expected in the short term.
