The Elektra European Electronic Awards were held at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane on Wednesday evening, with the executives of the industry’s leading companies in attendance. The event, which has now been in existence for over a decade, gives much deserved recognition to outstanding engineering and business achievements within the electronics sector.
Pinnacle clients were very well represented across all of the award categories, with nominations for Arrow Electronics, Digia, QT, Versarien, International Rectifier, ON Semiconductor, FTDI Chip, Toshiba, Melexis and EasySYNC. Showing its on-going commitment to supporting the event, Pinnacle was once again a major sponsor, presenting the Company of the Year Award. FTDI Chip won the Digital Semiconductor of the Year Award against stiff competition, while Gloucestershire based start-up Versarien took the coveted New Company of the Year accolade.
