UBM Electronics, best known as publisher of EE Times, EDN and Design News, will have a new CEO on February 13th. Kathy Astromoff will report to current CEO, Paul Miller, who takes on an expanded role that encompasses UBM Channel and UBM Design Central divisions in addition to leading UBM Electronics and UBM Canon (Publishing).
David Blaza, VP UBM Electronics, will move into a new role, focusing on revenue and product development for EE Times, EDN and Design News, as well as leading the sales organisation.
Wendy Yamaguma, Senior Events Director, who recently joined UBM Electronics from Yahoo, will drive the strategic growth of the business’s events such as the new Design event series, Embedded Systems Conferences, DesignCon and ARM Technology Conference.
