Publitek is pleased to announce its involvement in this year’s Elektra Awards. As Europe’s leading technology PR agency, the company recognises the importance of encouraging students to choose engineering disciplines and giving them resources necessary to realise their full potential. For this reason, Pinnacle is sponsoring the Education Support category.

The Elektras, now in its 10th year, is the principal awards event for the European Electronics Industry. This year’s ceremony will take place on the 12th December at the Park Plaza, Westminster Bridge.

The Education Support Award gives companies the opportunity to show how, over the last 12 months, they have provided assistance to schools, colleges and universities. This may have been in terms of financial investment, making equipment available, or providing seminars and workshops. Pinnacle is keen to hear how your company is contributing to the development of future generations of engineers. Please enter your submission now by clicking here (entries need to be in by 8th July).

“The current economic situation means that ensuring the quality of young engineering talent is more important than ever,” states Pinnacle Director, Simon Flatt. “This award acknowledges the efforts being made by companies to bring greater vitality to the learning process, both in secondary education and academia, by giving them access to better tools and amenities. Through its sponsorship of this award and other education programmes, Pinnacle actively supports those who are helping ensure the long term success of the European electronics industry.”
