Publitek has partnered with Electronic Specifier and Hearst Business Media Electronics Group to conduct the most comprehensive independent study of the sources of product and technology information used by European electronics engineers. Modeled on Hearst’s North American Engineer and Supplier Interface Study, the survey, which was conducted in 4 languages, received 361 responses from 15 countries. 27% of respondents were from Germany, Europe’s largest electronics economy. The survey results present a highly accurate and reliable portrait of design engineer attitudes, perceptions, and behaviours. It has been designed to help marketing professionals develop more effective marketing communications strategies in a rapidly changing media landscape. The European Engineer and Supplier Interface Study will be published in December 2011.
