At Publitek we take the welfare of our staff, clients, suppliers and partners very seriously and, naturally, we have been monitoring the rapidly changing situation regarding the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
I am happy to report that we have no recorded cases within the agency or the wider Next 15 Communications group, but we have now decided that, as a precautionary measure, it is sensible to:
- Suspend all business travel for our employees
- Close our global offices and implement working-from-home for all staff
I can assure you that our internal communications and project management processes are robust, tried and tested and that all members of our team are fully prepared for home-working – in fact, many of them work from home on a regular basis already. I am, therefore, confident you will see no change to the service levels that we offer.
Indeed, in light of industry travel bans and event cancellations, it may be that we can provide additional support by helping companies continue to communicate effectively during these challenging times.
Naturally, we will continue to closely monitor the situation and will provide further updates as appropriate. In the meantime, should you have any queries regarding these arrangements or any other aspect of the agency’s response to COVID-19 please do not hesitate to get in touch with your Publitek contact.
Best regards,
Simon Flatt
