Techfocus Media, publisher of EE Journal, has recently launched a new biweekly MEMS and smart systems newsletter, reflecting the growing importance of all of the technologies that are putting the smarts into our smarter gadgets. The newsletter covers everything from the sensors themselves (including how they’re designed and built) to the software that fuses the data to the networks that connect fields of sensors into a whole. It also includes information about to the energy harvesting required to power the sensors the end applications that they enable. Add to that things like touch and gestures; cameras are sensors, after all.
